Joseph holds 10 years of experience in Food Safety and food industries along with Master’s degree in Food Technology and Nutrition.

He has worked in quality control departments in many industries and is now a Managing Director and Founder of GMCS- Global Management Consulting Services that specializes in helping companies in the Food & Packaging industries located in USA, Middle East and Africa with implementation of food safety management systems.

Joseph is a certified Food Safety Management System auditor and Food Safety trainer. His experience includes consulting, training and implementation of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 , BRCGS, Fairtrade and SMETA.

He is also an BRCGS Approved Trainer for Food Safety, Packaging and Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing standards.

Joseph provides consultancy and training services in English, French and Arabic.
