Graduated in Food Engineering with over 20 years' experience in the area of food quality and safety certifications.

Experience as technical coordinator for certification processes of quality and food safety in certification bodies (e.g. SGS do Brasil and BRTUV). She acts as the lead auditor, consultor and training instructor of international food safety standards.

Other experience is as Quality Coordinator at Kobber Alimentos, a cereal products industry.

Currently, she performs Compliance audits for BRCGS in Latin America and acts as an ATP (Approved Trainer Partner) and AVT (Approved virtual trainer).

Owner of Qualité Consultoria, which operates in the area of quality and food safety in the food production chain.
