I am a qualified trainer at NSF-GFTC and have been conducting training since 2010 in HACCP (Prerequisites and Plan Development), HACCP for packaging, and HACCP for Distribution and Warehouse Operations. I also conduct onsite, customized training for various clients in a wide variety of industries including food packaging converters / manufacturers, pharmaceutical, baking and other food commodities. I have been a Lecturer at Seneca College of Applied Arts in their Food Packaging course. Additionally at NSF-GFTC, I provide consulting services including design, implements, validates, audits, and troubleshoots, food safety and quality systems(GMPs, GOPs, HACCP) for food packaging converters / manufacturers as well as baking, on-farm, wineries and other food commodities
