Katarzyna is UK based food safety and technical professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in the food industry and food certification sector with M.S. in Food Technology and Human Nutrition, level 4 HACCP, PCQI qualifications. Her main focus is food safety, quality, regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Throughout her work in the food industry, Katarzyna has helped companies to achieve and maintain food safety and quality compliance (to BRCGS Food, FSSC, Fairtrade, RSPO, UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, Kosher and Halal standards as well as retailer standards: M&S, Mondelez, Tesco, McD’s, Aldi, Morrisons, Co-op etc.) by working with quality systems and providing training sessions to manufacturing personnel.

During her work for major international certification bodies (NSF and Bureau Veritas) Katarzyna has successfully provided regulatory auditor training sessions to auditors and technical teams. She worked on implementation of new schemes including development of Quality Management Systems, initial auditor training and calibration sessions.
