Kerstin holds a degree in food science and has 15 years of working experience in the food and packaging industry as a quality manager. In 2005 she founded her own business for consultancy and training in the food and packaging sector. In the last years she has specialised in product safety management systems for packaging manufacturers. Her favourite topics are development of company specific risk assessments and training courses showing how to implement standard requirements.

Kerstin is also working as lead auditor for certification bodies and is approved for BRCGS Packaging Materials, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, DIN 15378 and ISO 9001.
