Mr Khoa Tang - Food Engineering & MBA background - has many year-experience at MNCs in different fields: Audit, Training, F&B Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Packaging, Balance scorecard (KPI), Lean 6 Sigma, SAP (ERP)

- From 2015 to now, he’s working for Bureau Veritas (Vietnam) as a Lead Auditor, Trainer of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Packaging, BRCGS Food, BRCGS Gluten-free. And now he’s a BRCGS ATP for Food, Food Packaging & Gluten-free.

- He joined Bureau Veritas from PepsiCo where he held position of Production Executive. He led all operation activities of Manpower, Planning, Production, Maintenance, Cost & Quality including set up FSSC 22000 & AIB system for new beverage production line.

- Prior to that, he worked for Asia Packaging Industries (API) – a Japan & Indonesia joint venture food packaging manufacturer – as the Assistant Production Manager. In there, he successfully set up FSSC 22000 system as a Project Leader at API South factory in Binh Duong (Vietnam) & as a Consultant at API North factory in Bac Ninh (Vietnam).

- Before API, he worked for Nestle as Production Supervisor to manage production lines from Process to F&P (Filling & Packing). He was in charge of safety, production plan, line efficiency, quality, costing & TPM (Total Performance Management) for production lines. At Nestle, he also set up & drove the implementation of 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000, Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS), Foreign Body Preventive System (FBPS), Net Content Control System (NCCS), Cleaning In Place (CIP).

- He started his career path at Tovecan (food packaging manufacturer) as QC staff.
