Tech Food engineering & technology from well known university, India holds rich 4.6 years in Food industry (manufacturing & service industries), with job profile covering all the aspects of Quality (assurance & control), Production (handling men & machine) & research & development (Flavour development) . HACCP Co-ordinator & Team leader activities, worked with organizations like Indian hotels Ltd. (Taj hotels) & Haldiram manufacturing company limited. Holds a rich experience of 8.6 years in the Auditing and Certification Service industry. Presently working as Manager food training services, SGS India Pvt. Ltd. Engaged in Conducting audits & trainings, Skill Development, administrative control for certification & training service for the Food Industry. In addition to this he is an approved Lead Auditor for all food safety and quality management systems standards like ISO/FSSC 22000, BRCGS Iop issue 5( BRC Global standard for packaging materials ), BRCGS GSFI Food Issue 7, SQF 2000,HACCP,ISO9001-2008 etc.Successfully completed and qualified course on fundamentals of packaging technology from institute of packaging professionals . Conducted 50+ BRCGS Iop audits in Plastic, paper and glass categories ,Approved ATP for BRCGS Standard for packaging materials- Issue 5 , IRCA Approved tutor for ISO 22000. & FSSC 22000. Conducted 70+ Lead auditor courses as Lead Tutor, Lead tutor for HACCP, Completed 500 + Man-days of training on food safety on food safety. Apart from this he has imparted Training of Food Safety and Hygiene , HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, Active hands on trainings on different subjects on food safety , Customized trainings ,Regulatory requirements Quite a well versed with AL techniques , Utilized the same in Food safety trainings conducted in past.
