Leyla Solórzano is an Agricultural Engineer and has a master’s degree in Food Science. She has over 18 years of agriculture and food industry experience. She is a food safety management systems specialist and auditor. She is a Lead auditor of BRCGS Standard for Food, ISO/FSSC22000, GMP and HACCP. PSA Trainer.

Currently, she works in EMBIOECSA as a Technical Manager. EMBIOECSA provides training services and second party audits. Also, the development of products based on biotechnology (Effective Microorganisms) for use in agriculture, aquaculture and livestock production. They worked as a consultant in the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Ecuador developing a technical standard for banana and tuna that promotes sustainable and safety production.
