Liliana studied animal science and has a Master's Degree in Animal Production.

She is currently the Quality Director of WQS and a Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food Course, while also a qualified trainer & auditor for multiple food standards. These include BRCGS Food, IFS Food & Logistics, PAACO, GlobalG.A.P. IFA (poultry and CFM).

WQS is a certification and compliance company with over 20 years of experience in the food sector. The company's head office is located in North Carolina, USA, with regional offices in both Mexico and Brazil, and it performs certification & inspection services from field to fork and throughout the food supply chain.
