Linda is an experienced trainer and Consultant in Food Manufacturing and quality management systems. She has over 20 years experience of product management with major UK retailers, specifically Sainsburys, food service and manufacturers of ambient and chilled high risk products. During this time, Linda has trained and managed supplier bases internationally in Asia, South Africa, Europe and the Americas. Linda has a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Biochemistry and an MBA from Cranfield University School of management. This together with her technical expertise puts her in good stead to support Companies through technical development, strategy and change management. Linda is a Lead Assessor and an RSPA trainer delivering HACCP and food safety to Level 4.
