Lisette has over 22 years of experience in product and process safety, quality and food integrity management in both manufacturing, retail and certification business. She has gained this expertise in the implementation, training and auditing of food, integrity and sustainability standards in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Portugal, Iceland and Eastern Europe. Prior to becoming Manager Competence for Certification Body ISACert BV/Vincotte ISACert Netherlands in 2011, she spent 6 years at this company as a lead auditor and the last year as teamleader for auditors. During this time, she trained and assessed companies and auditors for food, integrity and sustainability schemes. Assessments and/or work experience are in confectionary, bakery, dried foods and ingredients, oil/fat industry, fish industry, ready to eat, breakfast cereals and snacks industry. Lisette is a food technologist (higher agricultural education) with a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), and has also worked in quality management, product development, training and consultancy roles in the food processing, retail and food consultancy business. As a result from her experience in auditing skills, technical skills and competency skills at different parties involved in certification schemes, she offers a practical, professional training.
