Lori has over 25 years’ experience in food safety management, quality management, auditing, and training. Having 20 years meat industry experience prior to entering auditing and training, Lori offers a multi-faceted perspective of industry and GFSI requirements. She has performed over 200 BRC Food audits. Additionally, Lori has an MBA from Colorado State University, and holds a teaching license. Lori is the Director of Auditing Services for FSNS C&A leading, training, and witnessing Third Party Auditors.
