Marco Berruti is an Agronomist (degree in “Agricultural Chemistry”). He is Italian but lives in Munich where it is the BRCGS and IFS Product Compliance Manager in the TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH. Between 2005 and 2009, he conducted his own Farm in Italy producing wine and olive oil, and was also Technical Director of a Farmhouse producing several goods. He was also Auditor and Product Certification Manager, for more than 10 years, at IS.ME.CERT., a food focused CB for the certification of traditional food in Italy. Main experiences were in canned products, dairy, fruit and vegetables, olive oil, wine and liquors, bakery products. Marco is a BRCGS, HACCP, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 qualified Auditor and has carried out more than 800 audits
