Margaret has worked in the food industry since 1994. She has a wealth of experience across most food industry sectors including in auditing, technical support and training.
Margaret has conducted audits across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, China, Inner Mongolia, Thailand, Indonesia, USA and the UK. Margaret is a BRCGS Approved Training Provider for the following programs: Food Safety, Storage and Distribution, Agents and Brokers and Packaging.
Margaret has 20 years experience conducting GFSI and retailer food standard audits and is a dynamic and experienced trainer. Her qualifications include B.App.Sc. (Hons) (Microbiology), G.C.App.Law (UQ) with a specific interest in food microbiology, food safety culture and allergen management.
