María Gabriela Vega Méndez is a Food Engineer with a Postgraduate degree in Food Microbiology, and a Master in Quality Management Systems, she has 16 laboratory experiences in Food Industries. She is a specialist in audits and food security management systems for Central America and the Caribbean. In addition, María Gabriela  is the lead auditor for BRC Global Standard for Food, ISO / FSSC22000, GMP, and HACCP. She is certified as lead instructor in preventive controls by the FSPCA in accordance with the latest FDA regulations (FSMA)  Languages ​​spoken: English and Spanish.
