I am a Food Engineer with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Teaching. I have been responsible for the implementation of GFSI Food Safety Management Systems in the food industry for seven years. Also Lead Auditor of Integrated Management Systems and independent Consultant.

Teaching is my passion, I have nine years of being a University professor and three years of being an instructor at NSF Costa Rica. I love to transmit the knowledge that I have acquired over the years in my professional career as a Food Engineer in the Food Industry.
