Dr. Maxime Ndayizeye has a Ph.D. in Bioscience Engineering & a M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology. He has 20 years of combined experience in Food Industry. He has several certifications including FSPCA Lead Instructor, HACCP Lead Instructor approved by International HACCP Alliance (IHA), SQF Lead auditor and BRCGS ATP. He is CEO and Founder of BQUALI INC, a Food Safety & Quality Consulting incorporated company in Canada. He provides Food Safety training, auditing and consulting services to Food industry (manufacturers, processors, exporters and importers) to comply with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements, Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) as well as Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements

He is a passionate and talented trainer that utilize the practical approach in his delivery with real examples. He has trained hundreds of prefessionals working in food industry across the world (Canada, USA, Europe and Africa).

As a consultant, he helped multiple food companies with FDA FSMA Preventive Controls and FSVP compliance needs. He assisted FSVP importers to comply with all FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) requirements.

As an auditor, he conducted supplier audits to assist in selecting and monitoring food suppliers. He also conducted internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the food safety system of multiple companies.
