Miguel was born in Uruguay and graduated in 1984 as Doctor in Veterinary Medicine and Technologies and worked for 14 years as Technical Advisor and Farm Manger with experience in agriculture and livestock sectors. Miguel is the Director of Interalia Network in Latin America, which is engaged in training and coaching of individuals and teams responsible for quality, safety and security management systems in the production and supply services of food. He is also a Quality Manager Systems Specialist and International Auditor (EOQ and RABQSA, IATCA) with specialization in Service and Food Supply Chain Companies for Quality and Safety programs like ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000: 2005, HACCP, Global G.A.P. and BRCGS Standard Food. Miguel has been working as BRCGS Approved Trainer Provider and Third Party Auditor for Global Standard Food BRCGS since 2003. He has 8 years of experience in training auditor teams and Specialists, including communication and coaching tools experiences and case studies from audits and process situations for a better understanding of requirements, effective internalization and appropriate implementation of the Standard. He has delivered more than 100 training courses to various staff levels in all countries in Latin America to companies from different sectors of food industry, such as fresh produce, wine, red meat, chicken, salmon, shrimp, canned and processed food for export and retail sale, this provide a wealth of experience for effective communication.
