- Mr. Minh Tran - Food Engineering & Master of engineering (Food and Drink Technology) background - has 26 year-experience at MNCs and leading company in Food and Drink in different fields: Audit, Training, F&B Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Packaging, Lean 6 Sigma, Operation excellence model (the Coca Cola), TPM ( Quality Maintenance pillar)

- From 2021 to now, he’s working for Bureau Veritas as a Lead Auditor for Food standard, Trainer of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS Food internal auditor, and now is being approved for BRCGS Gluten-free. He joined Bureau Veritas from Asian Packaging Industries ( A joint venture between Toyo Seikan and UCC) a leading company in can making where he held position of Senior QA Manager/EHS Manager (2016–2021) at API South plant to lead all Quality control, Quality Management, set up FSSC 22000. Prior to that he worked for Masan group a during period 2014-2016 as Senior QA Manager (country scope), who manage the quality of beverages manufacturing of Masan consumer company in Vietnam, and then Quality Management Manager for Vina café Bien Hoa company ( a member of Masan group), fully in charge of Quality management of this company, while support quality management for Vinh Hao company (a member company of Masan group), leading set up FSSC 22000 system at Vinh Hao (1 site) and Vina Café Bien Hoa (2 sites). He hold QA Manager position for 06 years in both Pepsico cola (2006-2011) at Hoc mon plant, and then 02 years at Coca Cola (2011-2013) at Ho Chi Minh City plant, as Quality Assurance Manager/ESH Manager. In both company, he is fully in charge of quality management of  the plant. Before Pepsicola, he work for Cai Lan cashew nut company (2004-2006) as Senior Quality Assurance Executive, and Quality Management Representative for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005 QMS (2004-2006), previously he work for Nestle Vietnam as Quality Assurance supervisor (2002-2004) at Bien Hoa plant. There is 02 year (2000-2002) he worked for Unza company as senior process supervisor take care production of shampoo, shower gel, talk powder. He hold position of Quality Manager in Mauri LaNga (1998-2000), a join venture between (Mauri group-Australia and Langa sugar mill-Vietnam), producing bakery yeast and additive for bakery industry. He started his career path as QC at VIET DUC SEAFOOD LTD, a seafood processing company, in 1996-1998.
