He established the department of food safety and quality since 2004 within Arab Academy for Science and Technology (AAST), Mohamed oversees all the training, consultancy and auditing services related to the food safety management within Egypt at the national level and regional at many of the middle-east countries.
During the previous 14 years, He was responsible for the training and education of thousands of working individuals and hundreds of food processing establishments and food inspectors at the governmental sector. He also had a working experience in assessing organizational excellence against different models’ and awards as the European Excellence Model (EFQM), Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP). Mohamed Bin Rashid Governmental Excellence Award and management systems third party certification as a lead auditor for food safety, quality, environmental and information security management systems.
Mohamed is an approved training partner for the BRCGS since 2008, Approved Nominated Tutor for Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) Middle east and Lead tutor for the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA).
He holds MSc degree in Food Control and Hygiene from Alexandria University and MSc degree in Quality Management from Arab Academy for Science and Technology, PG certificate in HACCP from Salford University-UK and a PG certificate in Leadership from Oldenburg University, Germany.
