Mohamed Tolan is a Lead auditor & Trainer in quality and food safety standards (BRCGS Food, FSMS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

Mohamed holds BSc in Agriculture with a Major in food science from Cairo University.

As a lead Auditor he conducted more than +700 third party audits in Egypt and Middle East in various standards for food safety, quality, environmental and occupational Health and Safety.

As a trainer he delivered many trainings for more than +5000 trainees about quality and food safety, food fraud, food defense, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices, both virtual and face to face.
