Food technologist. Food safety auditor for International and Italian CBs as freelance and then as employed. The experience started conducting second party audit for retailers. Following the edition of BRCGS and IFS food standards, she became approved auditor (different product categories) and then also A&B, S&D schemes. At the same time, she started the Trainer activity in food safety and GFSI schemes, TTT IFS food, FSMA as LA. Technical reviewer for BRCGS/IFS mentioned schemes.

Based on the work experience gained over 24 years, the objective is to transmit solid basis for a better application of the disciplines covered during training.
