I am here to support you on your food safety journey through training at the STC Academy. I deliver various courses for STC Academy up to and including HACCP & Food Safety Level 4.

As a food safety professional with many years of experience in a vast range of products, and being Polish, raised in France and living in England, I can assist in any of those languages.

I’m a BRCGS ATP, Lead auditor trained and a member of the IFST (Institute of Food Science and Technology) with expertise in implementing compliant, effective and efficient paperless Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and would love to work with you so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
