Paula obtained a Degree in Food Science and Technology in 2007. Since then, she has been working in the Technical Department of the certification body ACERTA Certificación, S.L., firstly in the primary sector, in the management of different schemes such as GLOBALG.A.P., LEAF Marque, Tesco NURTURE and GRASP and after that she started to audit against ISO 9001, BRCGS Food Standard and “Controlado por FACE” (Spanish Standard for gluten-free foodstuffs). She is also BRCGS auditor competent for the following product categories: fruits and vegetables, cooked meat/fish products, low/high acid in cans/glass and bakery. She is available to deliver training in BRCGS in any country, in Spanish, English and French languages. For Paula, training is essential for a company with a view to establish a solid food quality system.
