Paweena has a Bachelor Degree in Science Major in Food science and technology. She also has a Master Degrees in Master of Masters degree in industrial management. She has experience working with a canned crab company and was auditing of the GMP regulation with Food and Drug Administration.

She development and implementation of ACFS product (local AB in Thailand). She is a Registered Lead auditor for BRCGS Food and other GFSI recognized Standards. She also registered as Lead Instructor for FSPCA Preventive Control for Human Food.

She has delivered more than 100 training courses in food safety and quality management system standards in Thailand. She has experience in training GMP & HACCP ,ISO22000,FSSC22000 , BRCGS Food Safety Issue 8 , ISO9001.
