My name is Pham Phuong Thao from Vietnam and you can call me “Thao”. I graduated from university with a degree in food technology engineering.

I have worked as a consultant to establish management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 for over 200 organisations in Vietnam. I have also conducted hygiene audits and compliance audits as a third party at Accor’s Hotels, Aeon’s supermarkets, Starbucks coffee shops, McDonald's restaurants and other food manufacturers in Vietnam.

I worked for 12 years as an auditor and tutor for Bureau Veritas Vietnam. Currently, I am a tutor at BSI Vietnam for QHSE management system standards.
