Rebeca is a Food Chemist graduated from UNAM and has postgraduate studies in Quality and Safety Systems. She is an auditor for the global BRCGS Standards of Food, Packaging and Storage and Distribution, in addition to perform as Technical Manager at Trust Guardians S.C.

With 25 years of experience managing and advising the implementation of Quality and Safety systems in various sectors of the food industry and its suppliers, its professional development has focused on ensuring the protection of the integrity of the consumers and the prestige of brands.
