Rodolfo is a Food Safety Auditor for different GFSI schemes such as BRC Food, BRC Packaging, BRC Storage & Distribution, SQFI and FSSC 22000 food/packaging, based in Houston, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico in 1996. He has over 10 years of experience working in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing departments for different multi-national food companies in Mexico and USA. His experience included the implementation, certification and management of quality/food safety systems such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025. Rodolfo has over 10 years of auditing experience working for Certification Bodies in Mexico and USA performing GMP inspections and GFSI certification audits in North America and Latin America for local and multi-national companies. He also had the chance to train and couch new auditors during these years.
