Rosa Gómez has a degree in Food Science and Technology and a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She currently develops her work at Bureau Veritas mainly in Spain, although she has provided BRCGS training to auditors of several countries within Europe (Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, etc.) She began her career in the UK working at Cadbury Schweppes 13 years ago, being involved in different fields such as laboratory, research and development and quality. As part of her professional experience, Rosa has always had strong bonds with training. She currently provides Food Safety training in different masters. At the moment she is focused in Food Safety Standards, developing and ensuring high quality certification and accreditation. Apart from her mother tongue (Spanish) she is fully bilingual in English and has an intermediate level of French
