Rosa María Nuñez Ríos, I graduated as a food engineer at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico and later I obtained a Master's Degree in Administration of productivity and quality systems at the Simón Bolívar University also in Mexico City.

I worked at Normex, a certification body where I trained as an auditor in product certification and as a trainer in food safety issues. Later I worked as a consultant and trainer on topics such as: GMP, HACCP and FSCC 22000 among others. I have worked closely in the food industry which has allowed me to have experience in bakery products, dairy products, pasteurized liquid eggs, purified water, beverages and ingredients.

Since 2013 I have been working at NSF as a second and third party auditor in the supply chain area, later I joined the training department where I have been able to support training for food companies.
