Sabrina provide training to Auditors/Lead Auditors internal and external according to DNV code of conduct. She is in charge of Technical Review and Technical monitoring activities for internal and external technical staff . She is a AQSC Lead Auditor, performing Third Party Audits for the Certification of Quality System according to UNI EN ISO 9001, mainly Agriculture and fishing, Food and Drinks, Hotel, restaurant and bar, Food analysis, Veterinary Services commercialization, logistic and professional training. She is a lead Auditor for BRCGS Food and some of the other GFSI recognised Standards.
