Samantha Shinbaum is currently the Associate Director of Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance at Tyson Foods, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Meat Science from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas. Samantha has over 13 years in the food manufacturing industry. During her career she has gone from developing and implementing a GFSI recognized system at a single site operation with less than 100 total employees to now overseeing the GFSI implementation for a corporation with over 100 certified sites domestically.
