Sanata BERTHE is a senior consultant, trainer and auditor, expert in quality and food safety management with more than 20 years of experience.

During her career, she worked as a Quality and Food Safety Manager in agri-food business companies. That allowed her to fully understand the daily reality of managing operations in agricultural and agri-food businesses before deciding to go forward with consultancy.

Sanata has carried out several certification projects in quality and food safety, which have resulted in certification under standards like ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC .... All those certifications have been possible through a great capacity of listening, awareness-raising and communicating with both operators and workers, as well as senior management of companies.

Bilingual French / English, she can carry out audits, training and consulting in the French and English-speaking countries of West and Central Africa.

Her ambition for Africa is to allow better access for SMEs to the international market through compliance with food safety standards.
