Sara holds an honours degree in Food, Nutrition and Health (BSc) and has many years’ experience in Quality, Technical and Compliance Management roles in various food manufacturing and food packaging environments. Sara also has experience of managing food sector programmes for two large certification bodies in the UK and has chaired the BRCGS certification bodies co-op group.

Sara has worked in her own consultancy for a number of years and offers training, auditing and implementation of ISO & BRCGS standards as part of her services. Sara has a keen interest in working with people in factory and warehouse settings and has an engaging and practical approach to her training and project work.
