Shaun is Head of Technical at one of the UKs largest certification bodies, responsible for over 1000 audits each year. UK Food Certification has the ethos of ensuring that all auditors are trained by the same person to ensure a site has a consistent audit no matter the auditor, with Shaun responsible for that training. He’s also delivers to sites, whether a client of UKFC or not, update training on the revision of Standards.
