Shenglin Wei holds a master degree MSc. in Global Food Security (Food Safety) from Queen's University Belfast. He has been working in the food industry for more than 15 years. He used to work in a global certification company and lead a supplier food safety audit program for Walmart China for up to 2000 sites per year. In addition, he is a lead Instructor for FSPCA Preventive Controls for Animal Food under US FSMA regulations. He has rich experiences in food safety auditing, inspection and training and can deliver courses in both English and Chinese.
