Siarl has more than 25 years’ experience of working in a wide variety of manufacturing roles as well as a management positions at three major Certification Bodies in both Europe and North America assuming global responsibilities. Siarl has worked on behalf of some of the world's biggest food service and manufacturing companies, specialising in brand protection and building strong food safety cultures. Siarl has sat on the BRCGS Food Technical Committee as well as the standard revision working groups and combines an in-depth knowledge of food manufacturing with a specialist knowledge of Ethical Trading. Siarl has a BSc in Applied Biology and an MSc in Communicating Science and is a qualified in the major Global Standards (SQF, ISO 9000, FSSC 22000 and SA8000). Siarl has provided training and auditing solutions across Europe, the Middle East and North America. Based in Montreal, Canada he has excellent French and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Hebrew.
