Auditing of Aquaculture Hatcheries, farms & Seafood processing plants against international standards. Conducting supplier quality audits against different supplier and retail standards. Has experience as a technical professional specializing in the development, implementation, and assessment of and training in business management systems, specifically related to food safety, product quality and legality. Given HACCP/GMP/ Hygiene Training’s to all levels in Companies from Workers to Top Management.
