Stefano is is a Food Engineer (PhD in applied microbiology) and curently Global Technical Manager Food Industry in the DNV Business Assurance, where he has been employed since 1998. He has experience as a University researcher, and was also Director of a private laboratory and consultant for HACCP, ISO 9000 and EN 45001. During the period from 1994 to 2005, he was also SINAL inspector (laboratories accreditation to EN45001/ISO17025). Stefano is a BRCGS, HACCP, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 qualified Auditor and has carried out more than 1000 audits. He is also a BRCGS Approved Training Provider who trains globally.
