Tayo is a clear, dynamic trainer who enjoys the challenge of training diverse groups. She has trained in environments as far afield as India, Kenya, USA, Qatar, Russia and Turkey.

She is a graduate of Food Science from South Bank University with 20 years’ experience in the food industry, including as a retail technologist for Marks & Spencer and manufacturing.

She is an approved BRCGS Standards auditor against a wide range of categories, and an approved CIEH trainer delivering food safety and hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) courses to level 4.

She is currently working on her MPhil leading to PhD in HACCP at Cardiff University.
