Tim is an Approved Training Partner for BRC Global Standards, as well as an auditor, consultant, and trainer for multiple GFSI Standards. He has 30+ years of food industry experience that including 15 years of production, sanitation, and quality experience in the baking industry. He has provided training, consulting, and auditing services to food companies in North, Central and South America as well as Europe over a variety of food category sectors and regulatory standards. Tim is bilingual in English and Spanish languages.
