Valentino joined Grow FST Consultancy in April 2018 as Food Safety Specialist. He is Singapore’s first BRCGS Approved Training Partner and Consultant, and ASEAN’s first BRCGS Consultant. He was also awarded Professional Singapore-certified Management Consultant (PSCMC) recognised by Enterprise Singapore, and obtained WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), a national training competency certificate recognised by SkillsFuture Singapore.
Within his portfolio, Valentino has executed projects with well known Singapore brand names, such as Chang Cheng Group, Khong Guan Biscuit Factory, Gold Kili, Snorre Food and Irvin's Salted Egg. Regionally, he has also extended his expertise to clients in China, Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Valentino is also an Associate Member of Singapore Institute of Food Science and Technology (SIFST) and regularly speaks at various seminars. He is also a GFSI Competency Assessment Approved Proctor.
