Valeria is Food technician with more than 15 years working with different Certification Bodies and with BRCGS standards in different contexts (Europe and Latin America). She worked mostly in laboratories with ISO 17025 accreditation, and is a lead auditor in GFSI (IFS and FSSC), ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 22005 (Traceability) schemes. She is currently a technical manager in food & beverages for DNV Italy, where she is mainly dedicated to the management of voluntary agri-food product certification schemes.
