Dr. Vijibabu Gurugubelli, MIFST has 22 years of industry experience, from management, training, auditing and food processing to storage, logistics, supply chain, retail and wholesale trading - ISO, GFSI, BRCGS, FSSC, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, Vegan, ETI, SMETA, OHSAS, EMS. He has handled the requirements of different countries, including Australia, Thailand, India, Oman, Dubai, UK, EU and USA.

Gurugubelli has a PhD in Food Safety Management, with a Postgraduate in Ecology & Environmental Studies, a Diploma in Food Preservation Technology. He also trained at the prestigious Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) in Mysore, India.

Known by the nicknames, "Mr. POPPADOM" & “PAPPADUM PRINCE”, Vijibabu is the Director Techno-commercial at JDS Food Products Pvt Ltd, a Poppadom manufacturer. He is also the Managing Director of LEAD Process India Pvt Ltd, a business lead management consulting company in India representing several UK Food Importer as their Sourcing Facilitator and Supply Chain Whistle Blower.

He is an IRCA, UK registered Lead Auditor for FSMS, Empaneled Lead Tutor for FSSC 22000, Lead Instructor for USFDA recognised Curriculum of FSPCA PCQI - Human Food & Animal Food. He is a trained BRCGS Food Safety Lead Auditor and is proud to be the 100th graduate of BRGGS Professionals programme.
