Vorachai joined Bureau Veritas Certification in 2004 as a food lead auditor after working in Swiss food company for 12 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Food Science and is now approved for auditing against a number of Food Standards and other standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP RvA, including BRC, IFS and FSSC 22000. His auditing experience has covered a variety of food industries: coffee creamer products, drymix and cereal beverageGS products, fruits and vegetables, fish and fish products – chilled and frozen including canning, confectionery, bakery, ready to eat – chilled and frozen products.
