Willy Sulca HuamanĂ­ is a Food Industries Engineer from the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina in Lima, Peru. His experience includes Quality and Productivity Management in the food industry and application of quality management systems: Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), The Global Food Safety Initiative - GFSI (BRCGS, SQF, IFS, FSSC 22000), Global Good Agriculture Practices (GAP).

He is certified as Lead Instructor in Preventive Controls by the FSPCA according to the latest FDA regulations (FSMA) and Qualified in the FSMA Produce Safety Rule. He is also experienced in managing the Organic System Plan in organic products (PSO-PA), Organic System Plan in process plants and Field (PSO-PC).

Providing support to the food industry sector in Training, Technical Consulting, Evaluation, Monitoring of Food Quality and Safety Management Systems and Research and development in the elaboration of various foods (juices, bakery, dairy, frozen, canned fruits among others). Currently, he is a lead auditor of BRCGS Food and Packaging for NSF.
